Brands do not have to pay Poderak to submit a product for consideration, nor are they required to purchase advertising, sponsored content or any other commercial service.

How to submit a product for Best of IFA 2026
Brands, manufacturers, startups and PR agencies can submit products for consideration by emailing:
We recommend including:
- company and brand name;
- full product name;
- short description and key specifications;
- what makes the product innovative;
- pricing and availability, when available;
- launch date;
- embargo information;
- press release and press kit;
- official product images;
- IFA 2026 Hall and Booth number;
- PR contact attending the show;
- availability for a hands-on demonstration or meeting in Berlin.
Products that have not yet been publicly announced can also be submitted. Please clearly state any embargo or confidentiality requirements.
Submitting a product does not guarantee an award.
What are we looking for at IFA 2026?
The product with the longest specification sheet is not automatically the best product at the show.
For the Poderak Best of IFA 2026 Awards, we are particularly interested in technology that provides meaningful improvements for real users.
Our editorial team will consider several factors.
Innovation
Does the product introduce something genuinely new, or apply existing technology in a smarter way?
Real-world usefulness
Does the innovation solve an actual problem?
Technology should make people’s lives easier, better or more interesting rather than existing simply as a marketing feature.
User experience
Does the combination of hardware and software make the product easier or more enjoyable to use?
Design and engineering
Do the design, materials and engineering contribute meaningfully to the overall product?
Technology for the price
A Best of IFA product does not have to be expensive.
Affordable products that make previously premium technologies accessible to more consumers can be just as important as flagship devices.
Potential market impact
Could this product or technology influence the direction of its category over the next few years?

Every year, emerging brands and startups use Berlin to introduce products and technologies capable of challenging much larger competitors.
For the Poderak Best of IFA 2026 Awards, company size is not a judging criterion.
A startup can compete alongside a global technology company.
